School of the Americas: A Win-Lose Situation

The School of the Americas is an institute where Latin Americans get special training in different fields of espionage and counterinsurgency. My feelings on the matter are mixed, but lean more towards the institute staying open. The US has enough enemies as it is, and if we need to train people in other countries to bring have them ready to replace a leader, so be it. I am sorry that people end up being "missing," but there isn't anything that can really be done. Closing down an institute, no matter the infamy it has, will make those "missing" people magically reappear out of thin air.
